Whenever forest is cut, we detect and report it. Our partnerships allows us to report deforestation as its happens and to give this information directly to the communities and authorities that can stop it.
We can help make it more valuable to protect forests than cut them down (e.g., through use of carbon credits). We do this by working with indigenous peoples and landowners to: structure a protection strategy (e.g., what financial instruments to use), achieve international regulatory approvals, finance execution and provide access to international markets
